Co Founder
Jeffery Walker
Jeffrey Walker is co-founder of the Rayzors Foundation and co-owner of Rayzor’s Dawg House in Eden, NY.
A dedicated community advocate, Jeffrey has long believed in giving back to Western New York through meaningful partnerships and charitable initiatives.
Inspired by his family’s personal connection to mental health challenges, Jeffrey is passionate about expanding access to care and breaking down stigma.

Through the Rayzors Foundation, he works to support organizations that provide critical mental health resources to individuals and families across the region.
Jeffrey was born and raised in Western New York and has spent more than 40 years as a hockey official, including 30 years in professional hockey. In April 1997, he achieved a lifelong dream by officiating an NHL regular season game in Buffalo. Jeffrey is a proud father of four sons, who continue to inspire his commitment to community and service.

Co Founder
Kimberly Steiner
Kimberly Steiner is co-founder of the Rayzors Foundation and has worked as a dental hygienist for over 30 years.
Throughout her life, Kim has faced personal challenges with anxiety and depression that deeply affected her confidence and well-being. With the support of counseling and mental health professionals, she committed to healing and prioritizing her overall wellness, both physically and mentally.
Inspired by her journey, Kim is passionate about helping others know they are not alone and about reducing the stigma surrounding mental health.
Through the Rayzors Foundation, she works to raise awareness and support access to care for individuals and families in need. Kim’s greatest pride comes from her family, including her sons Christian and Ryan, and her stepchildren Bri and Jared, who continue to inspire her commitment to supporting others on their path to healing.

Board Member
Mark Nowak
Mark Nowak has served as a Board Member of the Rayzors Foundation since early 2025. He has been the Director of Marketing at BryLin Hospital since 1999 and is also a founding Board Member of the Anti-Stigma Coalition of Erie County since 2016. Throughout his career, Mark has been dedicated to advancing awareness and understanding of mental health care.

Mark joined the Rayzors Foundation Board to support individuals and families affected by mental illness and to help eliminate the stigma often associated with seeking help. Having seen firsthand how mental illness and suicide can impact families, he is passionate about promoting education, awareness, and access to effective treatment.
Mark believes that mental health conditions are treatable, and that recovery is possible. Through his work, he reinforces an important message: reaching out for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.

Secretary
Bob Albano
Bob was born in Welland, Ontario, and has spent much of his life involved in athletics, with a particular passion for hockey. After playing junior hockey, he earned a scholarship to the University at Buffalo, where he continued his education and athletic career.
Following college, Bob remained connected to the sport through a nearly 50-year career as a hockey official, working with youth, collegiate, and professional leagues. He also served as a USA Hockey training staff member, mentoring and developing new officials while supporting the growth of the sport.
Through his years of officiating and mentorship, Bob witnessed the mental and emotional challenges faced by many in the hockey community, including the tragic loss of colleagues to suicide. These experiences inspired his commitment to mental health advocacy. As a member of the Rayzors Foundation, Bob is dedicated to offering support, hope, and awareness to those in need.
